Kingston, Jamaica – January 5, 2026 — The Jamaica Football Federation would like to announce some administrative updates to the organization.
Effectively immediately, Gregory Daley has been appointed as the General Secretary of the JFF while Omar McFarlane is the Operations Manager of the Federation.
Daley takes over from Roy Simpson as General Secretary after serving in this capacity for the last six months.
The JFF would like to thank Mr. Simpson for his contributions in this role as he returns to his previous capacity.
Omar McFarlane who was acting General Manager for the second half of 2025 is now the Operations Manager of the Federation.
President of the Jamaica Football Federation Mr. Michael Ricketts commented on the admin updates.
“I would like to personally welcome Gregory into this capacity. He brings a wealth of knowledge and he has vast experience in football administration and I’m very confident in his abilities. In relation to Omar McFarlane, he has been a great addition to the Federation and we are looking forward to him continuing the great work he has been doing.”
